Zmodo's Snap Pro Receives Top Industry Award

CHAMPAIGN, IL [October 30, 2018] - Zmodo, a leading manufacturer of connected devices for the smart home, has received the 2018 IoT Integration Award for its recently-launched home monitoring camera, Snap Pro. The winning entry is in the residential, physical security surveillance category. This is the first time Zmodo has won this award.

he entries were judged by a diverse panel of industry professionals, including editors, consultants and integrators in the IT, security, commercial A/V, and home automation fields. Judging criteria included innovation/technological advancement, the ability to integrate with other products, value, end-user benefits and integrator benefits.

Snap Pro is a wireless camera that pairs with a mobile app to monitor the interior or exterior of your home. With 1080p HD video, a 180-degree viewing angle, night-vision and two-way audio, Snap Pro provides high-end camera features in a small package that fits neatly on a magnetic mounting bracket.

Zmodo introduced Snap Pro at the Consumer Electronics Show in January 2018. Snap Pro debuted on Kickstarter in July and achieved its pre-order goal in forty-eight hours. By November, Snap Pro will start shipping to Kickstarter backers and then be publicly available by the end of the year through Zmodo's website.
