Zmodo Launches the New 6.0 App

A completely new look to unlock more features for Zmodo users, now available for both iOS and Android devices

June 24, 2020 [Champaign, IL] - Zmodo, the smart home products manufacturer that empowers more than 2.5 million users, has launched a new version app for iOS and Android. The Zmodo app allows users to get access to their devices remotely and subscribe to the Cloud Plans for more features.

The new app's updates for all Zmodo users include rich notifications, simplified Notifications management, whole new Motion Alerts interface, more device and category options under Events, and simplified Me tab and setup methods. Besides, users can use Motion Alerts as bookmarks and jump to desired events in the Playback timeline.

For Zmodo Cloud Plan subscribers, they will be able to download 30-minute clips to their phone after the update, the length of which is 10 minutes previously. Billing issues such as billing failures have been added to Notifications to make it easier for subscribers to address.
